Sweet Southern Fete

Wesley and Emma Teague aren’t new to the pages of Ruffled- you might recognize them from this adorable engagement shoot! They’re also amazing photographers themselves as part of W+E Photographie, a Ruffled Blue Label Member. So of course we weren’t surprised to find that their outdoor southern ceremony is as brimming with charm and sweetness as this talented couple. I’m blown away by their crisp, casual portraits and the happy little vignettes photographer James Moes so elegantly captured. And, of course, horses roaming your venue site… nothing screams “southern fete” more than that! Congrats, Wesley and Emma!

We found many of the details and decor while perusing vintage and antique stores that we could be found shopping in regardless of if we were planning a wedding or not. We wanted our wedding to feel laid-back and fuss-free, which is also very much of who we are, thus we chose a farm setting with a large barn that we adorned in simple strands of string lights and soft fabrics.
